Don't stop at failure

After reading the title, you might be thinking, "What's going on? Why is the title like this?" Let me tell you. This blog is for people who don't try to take any action towards challenging things, and if they do, they face failure, which leaves them with a bad experience that discourages them from trying again in the future. Before taking any action, we tend to overthink: 1. The trophies or rewards are already in my lot; I might throw a party after I have them. 2. I'm just here to enjoy the process. 3. I do not have any experience with this. What if I do something wrong and people start judging me for it? Apparently, you would have many things to think about. If you fall into the category of people who think like point 1 or 2, there's nothing wrong with it. However, if you think like point 3, you should take action and do something about it. Want to become introvert or extrovert

I understand the concept of this blog or article. It's not about the conventional meaning of "extrovert" and "introvert" but rather about the modern terms of being shy or confident. When you picture an introvert, the first image that comes to mind is often a person holding a book, not caring about the world, feeling anxious, and lacking social skills. On the other hand, an extrovert is seen as someone confident, self-assured, and content with themselves, often reaching out to talk to people when alone. There might be a desire to switch from one personality type to another, but many people claim you can't change it. However, the author disagrees with this notion. Using these terms to hide insecurities or weaknesses so that one doesn't have to face meeting a large number of people or dealing with certain individuals to form a small group is not a valid approach.
