Don't stop at failure

After reading the title, you might be thinking, "What's going on? Why is the title like this?" Let me tell you. This blog is for people who don't try to take any action towards challenging things, and if they do, they face failure, which leaves them with a bad experience that discourages them from trying again in the future. Before taking any action, we tend to overthink: 1. The trophies or rewards are already in my lot; I might throw a party after I have them. 2. I'm just here to enjoy the process. 3. I do not have any experience with this. What if I do something wrong and people start judging me for it? Apparently, you would have many things to think about. If you fall into the category of people who think like point 1 or 2, there's nothing wrong with it. However, if you think like point 3, you should take action and do something about it. How to Get Rid of a Fight

As far as I can see, fights can be amusing, don't you think? But if you need to get rid of them, since you've opened this blog, it's my moral responsibility to provide you with a good notion to end them.

There are many people out there, and there are some you do not want to lose. There are plenty of examples, so I am not going to give you any.

Here are some steps you could follow (though it's your wish, not mine). I would say, do not care too much, as people are generally weird, so they could be the epitome of it.

Step 1: Just ask them to take a deep breath and be calm. Do not make them call all of a sudden if they are not ready for it. You could just text them and talk about being calm.

Step 2: Ask them to talk or meet. Decide when you want to have the next conversation and inquire about their availability. Choose the next meeting wisely, so they do not have that angry face while conversing.

Step 3a: Now try to introspect with them to find the actual reason for getting angry. Eventually, you may discover that the reason was a bit silly.

Step 3b: While trying to find out the reason, you both may realize that it was caused by either of you. In that case, it's up to them or you to accept the fault and have a big heart.

Unfortunately, this is not something that usually happens. Sometimes they do not want to talk again, or it hurts them about what you did to them. So, in such cases, it's essential to respect their feelings and decisions.

Note: The blog provides steps to address conflicts and suggests open communication and understanding to resolve issues. However, it also emphasizes that sometimes, despite efforts, conflicts might not be fully resolved, and it's crucial to respect others' feelings and choices.
